Trade Study
- GRA provides balanced technical solutions for our customers by using a decision matrix analysis to compare cost, schedule, performance, weight, risk, and system complexity. GRA provides customers with a solid evaluation of alternatives so they can choose the best overall technical solution.
Project Management
- GRA provides project management support in the areas of planning, scheduling, resource allocation, task prioritization, cost analysis, budget, and earned value management. GRA can provide support from concept to final product using earned value management to keep the project on time and on budget.
Custom Design
- GRA uses 3D CAD modeling to render custom design solutions. GRA employs SOLIDWORKS® Certified Associates and SOLIDWORKS® Certified Professionals to provide design solutions for our customers.
SOLIDWORKS® PDM Administration
- GRA provides professional data management capabilities for our customers’ organizations by utilizing SOLIDWORKS® Product Data Management (PDM). GRA can establish workflows for your project so you can quickly and efficiently manage all your documentation.
Analysis
- GRA provides structural and thermal analysis via SOLIDWORKS® to predict real-world physical behavior of the design. Our design team can provide analytical feedback on custom designs.
Technical Drawings
- From concepts on a napkin to a final technical data package, GRA can provide support at any stage of your project. Our engineers and technical staff are geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) certified. Our staff is fluent with MIL-STD-31000 and ASME Y14.100 drawing practices, and familiar with military hardware specifications as well.
Design Integration
- GRA provides design integration support for our customers. GRA provides liaison services between vendors, designers, manufacturers, and customers to deliver solutions within budget and on time.
